Syarat dan Ketentuan Berlaku
Syarat dan Ketentuan Penawaran Persetujuan Prime Visa kepada Pelanggan Kartu As 2in1:
- Penawaran Persetujuan Prime Visa (“Promosi”) terbuka bagi setiap pekerja rumah tangga luar negeri di Hong Kong yang telah mendaftar untuk dan saat ini menggunakan layanan Kartu SIM Kartu As 2in1 yang disediakan oleh Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Hongkong) Terbatas (“Telin HK”) (“Pemohon”).
- Periode promosi Promosi ini adalah dari 24 Agustus hingga 31 Desember 2023 (termasuk kedua tanggal tersebut) (“Periode Promosi”).
- Setiap Pemohon yang telah berhasil mengajukan permohonan kartu kredit Prime Visa melalui tautan yang ditunjuk PrimeCredit (https://pgems.info/visa-telinhk) selama Periode Promosi dan disetujui untuk kartu kredit Prime Visa pada atau sebelumnya 31 Januari 2024 (“Pelanggan yang Memenuhi Syarat”) berhak atas Paket Internet Tanpa Batas 2 bulan (senilai HK$196) (“Penawaran”) dalam hal ini Promosi.
- Pemohon yang saat ini memegang/atau pernah memegang kartu kredit Prime Visa yang diterbitkan oleh PrimeCredit dalam 6 bulan terakhir tidak diperbolehkan memenuhi syarat untuk Penawaran.
- Untuk menikmati Penawaran, Pelanggan yang Memenuhi Syarat harus sudah berlangganan layanan data melalui aplikasi seluler Telin HK atau saluran apa pun yang disediakan oleh Telin HK.
- Untuk rincian Penawaran dan Syarat dan Ketentuan terkait, silakan lihat Tarif dan Syarat & Ketentuan 4G Tidak Terbatas Paket Data Kartu As 2in1 di https://kartuas2in1.hk/terms-and-condition-of-mygrapari-hk atau tanyakan detailnya kepada staf Telin HK.
- Nomor ponsel yang dicantumkan dalam permohonan kartu kredit Prime Visa harus sama dengan nomor ponsel terdaftar pada layanan seluler Kartu As 2in1 atas nama Pelanggan yang Memenuhi Syarat agar berhak atas Penawaran. PCL tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas situasi seperti nomor ponsel yang salah yang diberikan dalam permohonan kartu kredit Prime Visa dan tidak akan mengatur ulang pemberian Penawaran dalam situasi seperti itu.
- Setiap Pelanggan yang Memenuhi Syarat hanya berhak atas Penawaran satu kali selama Periode Promosi. Dalam hal Pemohon diketahui memilikinya memberikan informasi yang tidak valid, PrimeCredit berhak untuk tidak memberikan Penawaran kepada pemohon tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

- Nomor ponsel yang dicantumkan dalam permohonan kartu kredit Prime Visa harus sama dengan nomor ponsel terdaftar pada layanan seluler Kartu As 2in1 atas nama Pelanggan yang Memenuhi Syarat agar berhak atas Penawaran. PCL tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas situasi seperti nomor ponsel yang salah yang diberikan dalam permohonan kartu kredit Prime Visa dan tidak akan mengatur ulang pemberian Penawaran dalam situasi seperti itu.
- Setiap Pelanggan yang Memenuhi Syarat hanya berhak atas Penawaran satu kali selama Periode Promosi. Dalam hal Pemohon diketahui memilikinya memberikan informasi yang tidak valid, PrimeCredit berhak untuk tidak memberikan Penawaran kepada pemohon tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
- Penawaran akan hangus tanpa kompensasi apa pun jika (i) Pelanggan yang Memenuhi Syarat menggunakan atau mengubah paket layanan lainnya; atau (ii) Pelanggan yang Memenuhi Syarat mengakhiri kontrak berlangganan paket layanan data dalam waktu 60 hari sejak kredit Prime Visa tanggal penerbitan kartu. PrimeCredit dan Telin HK berhak membebankan biaya penuh atas Penawaran yang telah dinikmati oleh Pelanggan yang Memenuhi Syarat tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
- PrimeCredit bukan pemasok Penawaran dan tidak akan bertanggung jawab atau berkewajiban terhadap segala hal yang berkaitan dengan kualitas, desain, spesifikasi, pemeliharaan, dan semua tanggung jawab yang timbul sehubungan dengan data dan/atau layanan seluler yang disediakan oleh Telin HK dari Penawaran. Penggunaan layanan Penawaran tunduk pada syarat dan ketentuan Telin HK.
- PrimeCredit berhak mengganti Penawaran dengan barang lain yang dianggap memiliki nilai yang sama tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
- PrimeCredit berhak menentukan kelayakan Penawaran dalam Promosi ini berdasarkan catatan yang dimiliki oleh Kredit Perdana. Jika ada perbedaan antara catatan yang dipegang oleh Pemohon dan yang dipegang oleh PrimeCredit, PrimeCredit catatan tersebut bersifat konklusif dan mengikat Pemohon.
- PrimeCredit berhak untuk merevisi atau membatalkan promosi dan/atau mengubah Syarat dan Ketentuan yang relevan dari
- waktu ke waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Jika terjadi perselisihan, keputusan PrimeCredit dan Telin HK bersifat final dan pasti.
- Tidak ada orang lain selain Pelanggan yang Memenuhi Syarat dan PrimeCredit yang memiliki hak apa pun berdasarkan Kontrak (Hak Pihak Ketiga)
Ordonansi (Bab. 623, Hukum Hong Kong) untuk menegakkan atau menikmati Penawaran berdasarkan syarat dan ketentuan ini. - Jika terdapat ketidakkonsistenan antara versi bahasa Inggris dan versi bahasa lain dari Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, maka Versi bahasa Inggris akan berlaku.
Terms and Conditions of Prime Visa Approval Offer to Kartu As 2in1 Customers:
- The Prime Visa Approval Offer (“Promotion”) is open to any overseas domestic worker in Hong Kong who has registered for and is currently using Kartu As 2in1 SIM Card services provided by Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Hongkong) Limited (“Telin HK”) (“Applicant”).
- The promotion period of the Promotion is from August 24 to December 31, 2023 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- Each Applicant who has successfully applied for Prime Visa credit card via PrimeCredit’s designated link (https://pgems.info/visa-telinhk) during the Promotion Period and is approved for a Prime Visa credit card on or before January 31, 2024 (“Eligible Customer”) is entitled to 2 months Unlimited Internet Plan (valued at HK$196) (“Offer”) in this Promotion.
- Applicant who is currently holding /or has held a Prime Visa credit card issued by PrimeCredit in the past 6 months is not eligible for the Offer.
- In order to enjoy the Offer, the Eligible Customer is required to have subscribed to data services via Telin HK’s mobile app or any channels provided by Telin HK.
- For the Offer details and the relevant Terms and Conditions, please refer to Tariff and Terms & Conditions of 4G Unlimited Data Plan Kartu As 2in1 at https://kartuas2in1.hk/terms-and-condition-of-mygrapari-hk or ask the staff of Telin HK for details.
- The mobile phone number provided in the application for Prime Visa credit card must be the same mobile phone number registered for Kartu As 2in1 mobile services under the name of the Eligible Customer in order to be entitled to the Offer. PCL will not be liable for situations such as wrong mobile phone number provided in the application for Prime Visa credit card and will not re-arrange for the awarding of the Offer in such situations.
- Each Eligible Customer can only be entitled to the Offer once during the Promotion Period. In case Applicant is found to have provided invalid information, PrimeCredit reserves the right not to grant the Offer to the applicant without prior notice.
- The Offer will be awarded to Eligible Customer within 60 days from the Prime Visa credit card issuance date. An SMS notification will be sent to the Eligible Customer within 48 hours once the Offer is awarded to the Eligible Customer’s mobile phone number account.
- The Offer will be awarded on top of the existing subscribed data plan of the Eligible Customer from Telin HK. The Eligible Customer can enjoy the Offer immediately after the latest cut-off date of the existing subscribed data plan following the awarding of the Offer. When the 2 consecutive months of the Offer have lapsed, the existing subscribed data plan of the Eligible Customer will resume and will continue to be effective unless otherwise agreed upon between Eligible Customer and Telin HK.
- Upon awarding of the Offer, the Eligible Customer accounts must be valid and in good financial standing. The Offer is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or privileges of Telin HK.
- The Offer will be forfeited without any compensation if (i) the Eligible Customer uses or changes to other service plans; or (ii) the Eligible Customer terminates the contract for subscription of data services plan within 60 days from the Prime Visa credit card issuance date. PrimeCredit and Telin HK reserve the right to charge the full amount of the Offer already enjoyed by the Eligible Customer without prior notice.
- PrimeCredit is not the supplier of the Offer and will not be responsible for or liable to any matters in relation to quality, design, specifications, maintenance, and all liabilities arising in conjunction with such data and/or mobile services provided by Telin HK of the Offer. The use of the services of the Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of Telin HK.
- PrimeCredit reserves the right to replace the Offer with another item deemed to have the same value without prior notice.
- PrimeCredit reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the Offer under this Promotion based on the record held by PrimeCredit. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by the Applicant and that held by PrimeCredit, PrimeCredit’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Applicant.
- PrimeCredit reserves the right to revise or cancel the promotion and/or to modify the relevant Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of PrimeCredit and Telin HK shall be final and conclusive.
- No person other than the Eligible Customers and PrimeCredit will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the Offer under these terms and conditions.
- Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
